Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.

All original parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Bikes or accessories that have been used, ridden, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Opened batteries, or any item showing signs of wear or installation.

Items marked Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Clearance products.
Return Process

After approval, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened items only, within 14 days. Contact us to confirm product availability before returning your item.
