Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.

  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Bikes or accessories that have been used, ridden, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Opened batteries, or any item showing signs of wear or installation.

  • Items marked Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Clearance products.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us at info@surronnation1.com or +1 (440) 783-6062 to request a return authorization.

  2. After approval, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened items only, within 14 days. Contact us to confirm product availability before returning your item.
